APPALLED

I suppose I could just copy and paste all the other complaints on here! quick in the deduction of monthly membership fees but ZERO in the help department. I have been waiting since Monday for what was supposed to be 24hrs for a authorization number for hospital admission, all relevant paper trails were faxed through. after fighting every day and being run around the bush and being promised call backs by Friday still NOTHING, I then called them and was informed that they had decided to terminate me from the medical aid scheme. My then very angry fianc? called to find out what was going on and got an OOPS clerical error on their side, he was promised the matter would be sorted and that they would call me to apologize, STILL NOTHING! Now he gets told I have to e-mail all the documents again as the faxes were misplaced or something, its Saturday now ad I feel worse than ever! So a big thank you to Moto healthcare for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!
