Guano Caves

On Sunday 01 December 2013, A couple of friends and myself were interested in visiting Guano Caves. We called to enquire about day visitations and were informed that it is allowed if they are not too full. They told us they were full but we drove through non the less. On arrival, an old lady told us that we may enter to visit the animals but not the pool area as it is too full. She did not make any attempt to check if anything could be done or even ask how many people we were. We eventually accepted the fact that would not be let in. Shortly after we observed a white family paying for visitation and being let through without any issue. This upset me highly as it was now a clear indication that because we are colored, we were prevented from going in. We spoke to this Old lady and expressed our issue to which she started stumbling over her words and making up excuses. Johan the manager intervened and also started to create excuses saying "they just counted and found out there is place". The lack of customer service is pathetic and their attitude I found disgusting. This type of service should be punishable by law. Guano is a disgrace to our country!!
