Management called me a piece of!!!

I was from a trip From Cape Town as I work for Intercape on the 24 December 2013. on my arrival I found my car with a flat tyre in the premises of intercape. That day the Operational Assistant asked me if I can do Durban trip on the very same day at night then I agreed, when I went to my car I found that the tyre wont even take me to the garage to refill it then I went to ask one of the Management Hennie permission to use one of their facilities to refill my tyre, then Hennie authorised it on my arrival to the mechanic department this Guy Floris arrived with Bad Attitude full of anger I am speaking of a white guy here. he yelled at me making noise asking me what the do I want on his department? I explained everything to him instead of understanding my issue he called me a PIECE OF AND HE EVEN INTIMIDATE ME INFRONT OF EVERYONE THAT HE WILL KILL ME I AM A KAFFERRR. oOn the arrival Of Phillip the Depot manager I explained still even him he didn't take my story he said I have attitude and I am rude. through this statement Phillip, Ronnie they actually support the whole scenario of Floris insulting me, in other words according to them FLORIS HIS RIGHT!!!
