Rhino And Lion Nature Reserve
Paid @ Rhino/Lion Park however Road Inaccessible

Further to my telecom with Madeleine on 05/01/2013.

I drove from Durban and holidayed at Emperor's Palace, Johannesburg from 02/01/2013. While visiting with friends from Johannesburg they highly recommended that I include Rhino and Lion Park on my itinerary as my 2 year old loves animals.

I visited Rhino and Lion Park on the morning of 04/01/2013 eager to show my 2 year old the animals and visit the play area however upon approaching the large traffic circle with grass at the centre I could not access the road that leads to the Kiosk. At the exit boom, I expressed my dissatisfaction with the gentleman in the office -I told him how the Kiosk road was in accessible -he suggested that i e-mail the manager. After leaving, found out from friends that there are animals in enclosures across the road from exit-also part of Rhino/Lion? Surely the man at exit could have informed me?

I e-mailed the manager and his assistant twice and requested refund on entrance of R240-still no response.
