I phoned on the 19th Nov.13 to book a co. lunch on the 26th - which I was told was available - I was told to send an email (no bookings over the phone) which I sent one via the website and one through my email system - no reply. I then sent a reminder on the 20th - no reply. I phoned on the 22nd to ask why no replies on my request.. I was told by Charlene - Manager that they are fully booked for the 26th - was not able to answer my question why there was no replies to my email / request 3 days ago. Working for a Rolls-Royce and wanting to take out customers to enjoy a lunch at Queen of the Nile. Now I have to tell my customers that the lunch / invitation is cancelled - thanks to Queen of the Nile. After this morning's phone call and poor communication. I WILL NEVER RECOMEND ANY CUSTOMERS TO QUEEN OF THE NILE!!! It's just unacceptable service / communication.
