New client query and I get spoken to like I'm tryi

I have been trying to reach a consultant since Tuesday heard nothing back from the consultant assigned to me when I said I'd like to join so emailed again and got a reply from Bradley usher telling me to call my consultant as they are very busy. So I told him I had and may he please assign someone else as I'd like to join immediately. And I also asked if the hospital cover would start immediately (just as it did with other companies I'd gotten quotes from). Had no reply, til now Bradley usher calls not even hello how am I etc. Say he is calling to what I am trying to get at by asking that doesn't allow me to even answer him and starts going off at me demanding I tell hin why I am asking such a preposterous thing am I sick, have things needing treatment now do I have a disease or a risk that I even ask this. I couldn't get a word in! So I told him not to worry and put the phone down. I was a potential new client... lovely am glad I got that before signing anything and will never go to them again or recommend them either.
