Incompetent Consultant and ignorant manage

I went to Nedbank to sort out the double charge after an upgrade was done from classic to gold account. only to find the worse consultant ever.
I got to him and advised I'm querying my account and want to re apply for a new card as my son lost it.
he 1st tell me I must not jump into conclusion before he checks, I ignored that statement and continue to tell him I know for a fact its their mistake which he later found out after 20 min on the phone with card division... him not understanding them.
I ask for a minute to speak to the agent which was helping him... which took a min if not seconds, while I hang up he calls another client to assist while I was standing there, just when I thought he need to update me with regards to the query and help with reinstate the card.
guess what he told me to join a line and wait for another consultant cause he is now busy with an attitude.
While the manager passed I asked her how's this possible, she called me to her office and again call card division, my time consuming again which took her 10min to solve... but referred me to another consultant for re instating the card which I think it was incompetent of her as one spend about 15 - 30
