Hi, i know it is late but we have been waiting for replies from mccarthy Ford to come back to us and to date still no reply they are always waiting for some manager who is forever never in to confirm. Here goes we bought a polo for our son for his 18th deal was done in Feb under my mum's name we advised them that we will only collect the car on the 12March2013 as a surprise for my son, now the first thing all documents done my mum had to sign the papers my mum fell ill an had to rush to hospital had a heart op done, the consultant a new sales lady had no experience, kept foning an saying we must come to sigh the more i said my mum's in hospital she even said they will go to the hospital to get the things signed, we did not want that, we said we will contact them when ready, calls to find out when we signing did not stop, when my mum was out of hospital she went to the dealership to sign my husband met her there, an saw items they charged us for that we did not request, my husband immediately told the finincial lady Annajie, she said not to worry she will delete but my mum must sign by the next day all that extre will be sorted, nothing was done
