I found a discarded handbag in the veld next to our home. It was obviously snatched and cut open. There was a number of debit cards, ID book, drivers license and a medical aid card. I phoned the medical aid Customer Care number on 19 December around 09h00, followed the prompts and my call was answered by Bradley. I explained the situation to him and after going through some checks (ensuring I was not the criminal) offered to phone the client whilst I was on the line. There was no reply, but Bradley promised he will keep on trying and pass on my telephone number to the relevant person. About an hour later I was called by and elated lady!
