Now im liable for a bill over R2000.00

I want clarification on the following
Please advised that I received a call by Nosipho -on the 6 November 2013 at 16h16 -and I asked her if anything else is outstanding and she advise non -please advise me why she advised me on that? Secondly I never took any medication for R111.70 -i bought my own medication on the day of the discharge -i paid R186.16 -for what is the R111.70. Prove that I got that medication - I also know that I never used all the medication -cause I got discharge -do they refund that amount?

I have sent a email on Monday to date no one has made contact with me, Please listen to all the recordings -as what the staff advised me on -and get you supervisor to call still waiting,
Why was a authorisation number given if number I no need to pay a bill over R2000.00, Why was this not advised at the beginning,
Discovery and will be putting this to the oumbuds aswell, as the consultant advise me that everything is in orde
