My gym benefit has been cancelled due to the number of visits I have made to the gym. I normally received e-mail reminders each month reminding me of my gym visits, during the month of September and October I didn't receive any communications that indicated that my membership will be cancelled if I didn't catch up my visits. Had I know this, I would have certainly ensured that my gym visits are more regular so that I don't lose my membership. From my point, Discovery has set a reasonable expectation that I receive e-mails on a monthly basis... when I didn't receive these mails during September and October... i didn't think there was a problem, I thought that everything was still in order. Apart from this, I have had eye surgery twice over two consecutive weeks but still ensured that I went to the gym to swipe my card so that my membership was not deactivated. My general health and wellbeing had deteriorated and I was unfortunately not able to use the facility because of the sensitivity of my eyes as well as the fact that I had lost my balance. I am not asking Discovery to treat me differently, what I am asking is that they at least review my application to reinstate my gym m
