Netcare Medical Scheme
6 Months to reprocess a claim and still no payment

I have an account of 28/05/2013 that has still not been paid. I have been phoning monthly and they have been telling me they are sorry it will be reprocessed.
6 Months has now passed and I have tried all resorts and not suceeding.
I am paying R3144.00 per month for Medical aid that does not want to, even if you have an auth number to go to a Specialist.
I have now been ITC'd and feel ashamed to be part of the Netcare group.
