NO MEDICATION DELIVERY FOR ALMOST 2 WEEKS

Pharmacy Direct is a joke!!! They recieved my script on the 6th November and it's now the 19th and when I call, all theses people tell me they will follow-up. Follow-up my, they dont even call me, I'm the one who keeps calling them. What the is wrong here? Is it that difficult to deliver medication? Really???
