I recently took out medial aid with Bonitas. The only reason i took out a medical aid was to add my newborn.
a month later, and she is still not on.
I have been faxing and emailing, with no responce from bonitas side.
everytime i phone, something else is wrong. or missing. or only received one faxed page (but i have all the proof to confirm all my pages went through).
I received a direct email address for one of the consultants, to whom i emailed my paperwork. While on the phone with her, she confirmed that she received my email with the attachement, and will forward it to the relevant department. and i will receive a sms within about 3 days to confirm that my newborn has been added.
This monrning i phoned again, gave the ref. nr. she gave me. and to my surprise, she is stil not added. NO ATTACHMENT.
Never in my life have i experienced such pathetic service. If adding a dependent is impossible, i dont even want to know how the rest of the service is.
