The people in this customer services, is USELESS.

All of this started from last week 7 FEB 2013, and still going!

I want to add a dependant on my medical aid, and I've emailed all the needed documentation through to Bonitas. I wait 5 working days to get the status on adding my dependant.

When I phoned the first lady (Dora) says to me, when she opens my attachments, it shuts the system down... You must be joking! Then I faxed the documentation through - their fax line doesn't work! - from my side, the status states completed!

I phoned AGAIN - This time I spoke to gentlemen, after 20 minutes, he says no they haven't received my faxed documents! I can't email nor fax...

I gave him ALL my query numbers - and as he linked them together he found ALL My documents - NO SURPRISE!

Today @ 3:08 PM they email me the next email:

Dear Mrs P JANSEN VAN VUUREN
Kindly fax complete dependant registration with ID copy to register Johannes on your Medical AID with ID copy
Kind regards Bonitas

I MEAN COME ON!!! Yesterday they tell me they received everything WHAT NOW???

I'm totally off at this Medical aid! Get yourself together and stop being incompetent!
