I am disgusted at how the lady at reception South Beach GArden Court carries herself.

She has no telephone etiquette at all and is rude to clients and does not even listen to our concerns or reasons for calling. I called on numerous occassions at my expense and she put the phone down on me and that is not acceptable.

I suggest something is done with her stinking attitude or she gets sent back for more training.
