My refund please

Netcare Akasia hospital offered me a poor service on top of that they overcharged me, now that they have to pay me back they say i owe them one rand and they have to deduct it before they pay me back of which i don't disagree. Its been four months now, this is just insane because when you owe them in a matter of weeks they are already threatening with legal actions but when is us they expect us to sit back and keep quiet. Clearly this is just out order and poor service.
