Accounts department takes too long to send account

Once again I am disgusted with the time it takes Netcare hospitals to sort their accounts out. I waited 5 weeks for my final bill and was incorrectly billed. My mother had an operation done a little while ago. it was an emergency surgery and she was booked in on the Thursday night. Operated on Friday and released on Sat. When she received the bill she was billed for 4.5 days in hospital and not 2 days. The initial bill was received quickly, but to make the necessary changes and resend the client the correct account has taken over 2 weeks. Our medical cover does not pay out until they receive an ACCURATE account from the hospital. You guys and quick to take the R30 000 before letting a doctor see the client but when the client wants to try claim money back Netcare doesnt seem to care at all. Please get someone to contact me asafp. I need the correct account by the end of business today please.
