In the beginning of the year I had to go for an MRI scan, when I called for authorisation I was told there would be a R1800 co-payment which I would have to pay on the day but I would be able to claim this money back from my savings. So I paid and submitted the claim, I have made numerous calls to find out what is happening with this money but no one in you call centres seem to know what to do, the last time I called your agent said he would sort it out and the money paid in a week, still I wait and no payment has been made. What is going on with your call centre people, to say the least I am very disappointed. Please find out what is happening and let me know.
