Spent more than R150 airtime

I tried to find out from the Gems call centre which hospitals I can make use of after registering on their maternity program.
Not a single consultant could help me properly or at least tell me where I can find out this kind of information.
I was transferred from consultant to consultant every time I called, my mom and I was on the verge of cancelling the medical aid!!!
