Discovery doesn't want to pay accounts

Good day

On 27/08/2013 i was taken to hospital by ambulance. I collapsed at work, was seen by the DR at casualties and tests was done and I was send home.
Beacause i wasn't admitted to hospital and no money available is my savings, discovery didn't pay the bills.
I spoke to a few members at call centre and even spoke to Manager called Leon and was advised that i need the DR to complete Application for out of hospital benefits in order for Discovery to pay.

After i did al the effort with the form and paid for form to be completed then Discovery said they can't pay reason being the code is wrong, its not a cronic illness.

The monthly premium is expensive and I've been with discovery since 01/04/1998 and they cant even make an exception to pay for something after i did what they requested.

I have never been so unhappy with discovey.
