Vitality is one big!!

I feel so hard done by Discovery! At the beginning of the year I was told to attend gym a minimum of 4 times to keep up with their new policy, I did so, and to have been cut off because I was short by 0.2 times because last year their policy was you had to attend 3 times. But to cut me off for 0.2 times! It shows they do not treat me as an important individual, just a statistic. I have called a few other medical aides and they tell me many people are complaining about Discovery! They are arrogant!! They are arrogantly waiting for the slightest slipup so they can charge you again to activate the service... more money!

And ever since I placed my complaint they could not even treat me with the decency to call me!! Pathetic! The worst service I have ever received in this country! Sad, I used to think they were the best Medical Aid!
