Unreasonable service

On the 21st of August I was atmitted in hospital, yes, Henk human did measure me for the crutch but I only received it on the 26th of August to be able to use.
Now when it comes to payment he will not help to change it to the date I actually received it and then sent to the medical aid, instead, he hand me over to an attorney,
I do not have the money to pay
