Henk Botha was the developer of Olympus Heights estate in Zwavelpoort, Pretoria East. He did not provide any infrastructure for storm water in our estate. We are now legally bound to rectify the problem due to the fact that we were summoned by our neighbor. This will cost each resident R37000 due to Henk Botha.
