Bad and incomplete building project

Henk Bolleurs contracted in March 2012 to erect our new home. It had to be finished by September 2012. The building project has been abandoned by Henk Bolleurs and he did not finish: Painting, electrical work, plumbing, doors, cornices, skirting etc. The boundary walls are falling apart, he installed the sewer within the municipal servitude and we had te remove and re-install on our own cost. He does not answer his cellphone when we call. Ons of his suppliers contacted me and complained about the same thing - Henk Bolleurs owns him R71000. All in all - a very bad experience notwithstanding the fact that Henk Bolleurswill look you in the eye and promise NOT to abandon the project and leave with your money... he did exactly that.
