Parys house rental shock

We had a lovely weekend planned where we were horribly let down by the house that we rented from Sandra. We paid r4800 for a house with no hot water, a toilet that was not secured to the floor that leaked, another toilet also leaked and stank to high heavens, an air conditioner that leaked all over our beds and a house that was not cleaned even though the contract stated that a domestic service would be offered. I did send an email to complain but the response was they would get to the problems. Not good enough. No effort was made to sort our queries and I would never recommend anyone to stay there.
