Terrible finish, poor builde

The Hammer and Chisel attempted several upgrades to my house, none without issue. Both bathrooms were completely overhauled by Roland and his team, the result: poor plumbing -ie shower did not drain, toilet leaked into the wall and water poured from the sink waste trap. The toilet could have been used as a rocking horse and cleaning was certainly not a priority. I could continue with all the issues but that would take me too long.

Tried to get him back to fix but got every excuse in the world. R11k and another builder to fix what I paid for, hmmm...
