Owner Is Bad

I am living in a house that costs nearly R8000.00 a month and the plugs do not switch off which means my children are in danger 24/7. there is no light outside at the swimming pool. The cupboard doors are falling off the water seeps through the floor There is an open drain in the house the people in the flats drainage goes into our house there is no drainage for the rain so it goes into the house there is also a mouldy smell in our house which actually makes the housestink. There is no keys for the doors inside and when we take to him he says its not his problem. THE MAIN BEDROOM TOILET LEAKS THE BATHROOM TAPS LEAK. BUT MY MAIN CONCERN IS THE ELECTICAL PLUGS IS THIS NOT ALSO BREACH OF CONTRACT
