Resolution Health Medical Scheme
Say that a PMB is not and we dont have money

So Last night my knee locked, I went to Wilgerhewel Hospital. They Said that I need to pay an extra R3000 rand as it is not a Netcare Hospital, so the doctors said it is not right as it is a PMB, they should not charge me the penalty as it is a PMB.

So I went to Olivdale Clinic as they are a Netcare hospital.
So at OliveDale the medical aid said that we only have R3000.00 left.

When they sold the Medical aid to us they said that PMB is unlimited.

How can they say that a Locked Knee is not a PMB?
It is not an acute nor an chronic condition.

They will come with all story's not to pay!!!

This is not my first complaint about resolution medical aid, and all the time I had go to them so they can sort out there faults.

I think this is a good time to move from medical aid.
