What on earth is going on at Resolution Health, I had my appendix out in July and have fought and fought with them to settle my hospital account. It was an emergency procedure and had to be done. The dr did it via laproscope and also found two cysts and removed them. They are now refusing to pay for the scope and the cyst removal. I have discussed this in detail with them as it was an emergency I could not go and find another dr to do it, the pre auth then agreed to pay in October and have now in January still not settled for the emergency procedure and other things on the drs account, and have reversed the payment of the scope. This is after they have agreed to make payment. they paid the hospital account just not the doctors why???
