Resolution Health Medical Scheme
No answer on telephone and no response to email

My daughter needs to have a procedure done in hospital on the 10th December. I have been trying to caontact the medical aid for the past 2 days and can't get any reply on the phone. I then emailed today and still have had no response. This is terrible as I need to plan so I know if the procedure will go ahead on the 10th December. The main reason I'm trying to contact them is to find out what the co-payment amount will be so I can budget.
