Rude remarks at cancellation of contract

Its funny how when you start a contract with zone fitness brackenfell, they are more than willing to take you on but come cancellation, you are belittled by management. I could nolonger afford my membership and was met with the utmost rudeness at cancellation, they were loud about " helping" me by that 40% cancellation fee, and shouted the fact that i am broke so the whole frontline staff and incoming customers can hear, when i asked the manager to keep it down he said " no mam, that is the way i speak, now go pay on that other side the 40%" he clearly wanted to embarrass me and thats not right! I advise everybody to not use their brackenfell branch, they lack professionalism and have NO consideration for people and their circumstances. I never defaulted ONCE, and had the decency to cancel AND pay the fee but was welcome with unbelievable rudness.
