What's the point of an appointment?!

I travel all the way from Muizenberg, sometimes from the CBD for a threading appointment at Rashmi Beauty & Spa. Yet, when I arrive for my appointment (always punctual), I will only be seen on average 30-40 mins after my scheduled time. At first, I let it slide & gave them benefit of doubt but after it had happened 4 times, I was totally P off! Mind you, that on the third occasion, I was booked incorrectly and not even informed of the mishap until being seen. That was after waiting to be seen for almost 45mins!

When I finally get seen, it is certainly not met with an apology but rather with attitude. Last time I checked, I'm the one paying for the service but it's as if they are doing me a favour? So what is the point of an appointment if I never get seen on my appointment! I mean, do these people honestly think that people don't need to get back to work or maybe have their kids waiting in the car??

I can't believe this is how people run their businesses. I realised that certain people no longer care about professionalism and providing a service of high calibre. To run a good business, time management is highly imperative i would think!
