Essenza Skin And Wellness Spa
Couldn't care less about inconveniencing me

I have never visited Essenza before, but thought I would give it a try as I live in the area. I made an appointment earlier in the week for this Friday afternoon. This morning I received a call to say that they could not honour that appointment, as the lady who does the specific treatment is sick. Of course I understand that people get sick, but absolutely no effort was made to try and accommodate me. No suggestion of rescheduling, simply: We can't do it. When I asked for a suggestion of another place that I could try, the receptionist simply said: I have no idea. When I said that it's extremely unlikely that I'll get an appointment anywhere else, (given that it's Christmas next week), she said that she was just told to phone me and cancel (basically - not her problem). Can't say I'll bother trying them again.
