They REALLY DO care!!!

I am on a Custom/Network option with Momentum and I have been absolutely blown away at the service! You hear so many "doom and gloom" stories about Medical Aids - especially Network options but not with Momentum. THE SPECIALISTS ON THEIR NETWORKS ARE TOP NOTCH AND SO ARE THE HOSPITALS!

I now need to use my medical aid and I thought I would have so many issues getting an authorization, other medical aids looks for any reason not to help you but the process has been so easy that I burst into tears out of relief!!!

A special thank-you to NATASHA SOLOMON - I have spoken to her multiple times and she has been extremely helpful, honest and professional. All round a great experience with Momentum - THEY ARE THE ONLY MEDICAL AID WHO REALLY DO CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH!
