Lack of Integrity and Honesty

I booked and pay online for two suites in this Hotel (Amalfi Executive Suites) in Cape Town with Reservation no 986115468 to arrive on the 9th of August 2013 through [URL Removed] On Saturday the 2nd of August my brother-in law died in a fatal car accident and was to rest on Saturday the 10th. This made me to cancel my trip to Cape Town, I therefore contacted [URL Removed] asking for cancellation or postponement. They referred me to the hotel management, I spoke to the owner Ivan Talberg who asked me to fax him the death certificate and other documents to prove the relationship. I did fax him and contacted him to let him know that I faxed what he requested me to. Unfortunately I have never heard from him since he said he will look into it. I sent him several emails which he only respond to one asking me to explain my story again. I did respond with my story and he's quiet about it. I now want my money back nothing else.
