HIRING OF SUITES

Good Day i would just like to say the service at Eurosuites was absolutely disappointing, my son was in a wedding in december 2013, my sis & i we booked our boys suites 2months they fitted on the suites the day of collection we spent 3hours in that store due to wrong suites for the boys but according to the paperwork it was the sizes we ordered. was very upset as it was just a collect and go day which ended up for 3hrs trying on suites which suddenly wasnt what we booked, never the less the manager on duty (13/12/2013) didnt have the decency to come ask what is happening he was just doing his own thing, definitely not fit to be a manager. There was a young man Keagan that assisted all of us and when i say all of us i mean literally everyone that came in there, that had a problem, definitely he was keeping up his standards of keeping a customer happy WELL DONE KEAGAN he was under pressure but kept it all professional. At Eurosuites they need to get more staff and have a system cause i can tell u that the 3hrs i spent there not one customer just came in and collected there was always a problem.
