Once Again Shocking Service

I have recently contacted dicovery to confirm weather they will cover my 2 yr olds Hospital Visit, I always call to double check as the fine print is always so tricky with them.
I spoke to a few peolple who were so friendly, yet the delta doctors list is shocking, none of the four numbers given to me work. Surely they should update this?
The hospital is covered great but no specialist's there or anithetists, and Discovery cannot give me reliable Info.
I am disgusted in the Service and its not the first time. I spoke to Nkosi yesterday at 3.30 and requested a call back from Management and yet again still nothing.
Now I sit with a sick child no answers and I pay Medical Aid for what?
This is not service. I urge all people out there to avoid dealing with Discovery.
I am between a brick wall and a hard place and as they know this they take advantage.
Where is the management in discovery?
This I will take further, I am going to make it my mission to inform others radio station etc I have had enough of this company screwing me over and it stops with my Son.
Very quick to take my money and now no assistance!
