YET AGAIN RESOLUTION GIVES NO SERVICE

YET AGAIN I am battling to get my accounts paid. I logged a complaint on 17 September regarding my accounts not being paid as well as no feedback received from Resolution health with regards to paid accounts. Its all good, they paid the accounts I referred to after I logged the complaint but YET AGAIN THEY ARE NOT PAYING MY ACCOUNTS!!! What more should a member do to get accounts paid??
