I have phoned in several times, send several emails and I don't get any feedback on my acounts that needs to be paid by resolution health. Some accounts is now outstanding for 3months due to resomeds poor servise. I have send in a claim, almost a month ago, and when I phoned in now the guy told me that he received it just now and he will foward it to the appartment that deals with it. I have spend more than R500 worth of airtime onthis calls, and still there is no feedback. The accounts are still oustanding. I've asked to speak to the supervisor, by then they cut the line. I phoned in, I need to know what is going on asap, otherwise I will cancel my poor servise at resomed!!!
