Email sent to discovery states clearly how is dentistry paid and from what benefit. Nothing mentioned about year. Response received - 2014 new benefits...

I ask you with tears in my eyes is reading and comprehending not a standard requirement for job hire. I just want my question answered.

My mom calls and it is told that there is a separate benefit for dentistry but not mention about threshold... really is this not against the FICA act. Should I take this poor service to the NCC???

Please can I get a clear response that is not fraught with open ended possibilities for misinterpretations? Is that so much to ask?
