Friends booked into this lodge for a week long as they were playing in the SA badminton tournament. After explaining to the owner that they will be back late at night and they will be talking and laughing, they were told that's fine as long as there is no loud music. they had the whole place to themselves on a plot. the first night they arrived, they had a braai and a few drinks (6 of the 12 players do not drink at all just to mention). they then decided to play a game for a few laughs. the "owner" barged in at 11.45pm, shoving his finger up the one players nose (who is a 20yr old university student, doesn't drink at all and is the most polite child you will ever meet) and shouting at them. needless to say they quietened down and went to bed. the next morning they went to talk to the owner as they had a whole week ahead and he verbally attacked them. They then decided to cut their losses, take what money he would refund and go book in somewhere else! shocking treatment of paying guests if you ask me. he told them they were drunk and that they were going to stuff! he then posted a rather offensive comment on his facebook site to which we responded but that was deleted
