My car looks brand new!

Our car was recently damaged in the front. Thanks Toyota for recommending, and Outsurance for letting me go to Danmar Ophirton, which is also close to home. Shirley tells me that she had been there 8 years, and she handled me and my car extremely professionally. I wonder if she is on the management team and will be there many more years, because she is an outstanding person. She had a tough job making everyone happy and coordinating everything, especially with a panel beater strike looming, and needing to also get the right parts which she ordered in advance for me as they let me pay my excess upfront for that service. The car hired by Avis was dropped off and collected there. Our car was repaired and cleaned to the highest standards, and Shirley really went the extra mile to make sure that we got our car back before the school holidays. Thanks again Shirley, you are a real star!
