Watch out he sits back and receives the money and doesn't deliver service. Withholding information from patient. Very convenient blaming the state hospital not allowing private doctors without application even if they knew all this a week before the last consultation and knew the patient had to deliver a baby within the following 2 weeks or so. With delivery he said sorry I will refund you but hads are cut off he can't help.
