With 2 fractures had to wait 13 hours for surgeon

We've submitted complaint to Discovery who, in their turn, forwarded it to H.Everts (Manager | Client Services - MEDICLINIC LOUIS LEIPOLDT) about negligence of nurses and professionals in their hospital - foreign patient fell in the hospital, nurses didn't informed relatives. Then, this old ill patient (77 years old) with 2 fractures had to wait for 13 hours for surgeon, as a result till today (it happend on 3rd November) patient suffers from pain.
After many complaints, till today (21 May 2013) nobody gave any feedback.
If you are going to Louis Leipoldt - you too might experience rude attitude, careless staff. And, most importantly, medical help might arrive when it will be too late - waiting time to be attended by professional (as we experienced): 13 hours!!!
