After I complained about non-payment of a walking aid for my mother-in-law, Natasha called within a few days. I explained the problem and she looked into it.
Apparently the Bonitas system did not show any claim, but the service provider issued us with proof of documents they submitted to Bonitas on 23 November 2012 which was subsequently forwarded to Natasha.

Natasha succeeded in resolving the matter and informed me that payment will be made in the next payment cycle.

I can rate her service as professional, efficient and friendly.
Thanks Natasha, my mother-in-law was REALLY very worried that her credibility would be harmed by this situation and is happy with the outcome. We appreciate your help and are aware that the fact that the claim was already submitted in the 2012 financial year must have complicated the matter.
