I wish to inform you and thank Amanda, for her outstanding service today regarding my query/complaint about VitalAire. After numerous frustrating phone calls to VitalAire since Saturday, I contacted your Hospital Authorisation call centre today. Thankfully, Amanda was on the other end of the line.

From the start she was very well spoken, a good listener and (truly) empathetic. Shortly after I spoke with her, I received a call from VitalAire head office. Within a few hours my mom received the much needed additional oxygen tanks from VitalAire (which I was trying to get from them since Saturday). Amanda also phoned back later this afternoon for feedback and provided me with her contact details.

All thanks to Amanda's prompt and helpful service, we were most impressed and (eventually) very relieved! She is a valuable asset on your team and I thank you for that.
