3 Years of account and still no payment/response

In 2010 I was a bone marrow donor for a Discovery Medical aid client (i was also a Discovery medical aid member), although the bone marrow transplant/testing was approved by Discovery oncology (also paid for my other siblings bone marrow compatibility tests tests) they have subsequently tried to bill me for three years and have passed me on to a debt collecting company. No one from Discovery will reply to my countless e mails and phone calls, no one will provide a reason for why I am being billed and not going through the Oncology on the patient's medical aid as was originally approved. No one from Discovery has responded to any of my requests or responded to the countless hours of phone calls and being put on hold that i have had to endure. It is the most appalling attempt of service that i have ever experienced. I have estimated a total in excess of 50 direct hours on the phone trying to gain some assistance in this regard. The debt collection agency has no escalating process that is in contact with Discovery health. As a result no assistance is provided. I am disgusted and will actively advise anyone against using their services.
