Here are some of the problems we have had with Vitalaire since April 2012: 1) Call centre number not working 2) Takes 10hours to replace faulty oxygen concentrator 3) do not deliver cylinder refills ordered 4) does not replace faulty saturation monitor over weekend 5) refusal to refund for faulty oxygen cylinder 6) no full and accurate statement since April 2012 despite committing to providing one 7) not following through on promises to take things up with the medical aid 8) not submitting claims to the medical aid despite having authorization 9) telling us that there are no permanent probes (a lie) so that we have to buy expensive disposable ones every week. After the non-stop terrible service and them putting my baby's health at risk, we moved to an alternative provider. Vitalaire then contacted me saying that we are R22k behind in payments, yet they have repeatedly breached the contract and they have not even been able to provide a complete and accurate statement for us. I want an apology from Vitalaire and I want them to write off any money we allegedly owe them. I have asked this before from them, yet they did not even have the decency to respond!
