Dr fees not settled

I had my daughters chronic medication form filled in by the dr cos i had no idea what the medical terms were on the forms, the consultant that sent the forms to me advised me to get my dr to fill it in the very same dr who diagnosed my daughter asmetic... and now 1yr later the lawyers are calling me wrt payment not received. i have only had bad service with discovery if not with my hospital claims than with my daughters...
